Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted ONLY in the following circumstances:

1.1 Damaged Product

• Product packaging is torn, broken, or leaking upon delivery
• Product inside is visibly contaminated, moldy, or spoiled
• Product has an unusual odor or appearance inconsistent with quality standards

1.2 Non-Delivery

• Product not delivered within 15 days of order confirmation
• Tracking shows delivery but customer has not received
• Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds WILL NOT be granted for:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
• Delayed delivery within stated timelines (2-10 business days)
• Minor packaging dents that do not affect product integrity
• Taste preference or subjective quality concerns
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailability at delivery time
• Opened or partially used products
• Orders placed with incorrect product selection

3. Refund Process

Step 1 — Reporting

Email connect@cocoscape.shop within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or after 15 days (for non-delivery). Include: Order ID, photos of damage (if applicable), and description.

Step 2 — Investigation

We will investigate within 3-5 business days. For damage claims, we may request additional photos or return of product. For non-delivery, we will verify with courier tracking.

Step 3 — Approval

If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refund method: Original payment mode (UPI/Card/Net Banking). Razorpay processing time: 5-7 additional business days to reflect in account.

Partial Refunds

Not applicable. Refunds are full amount only for eligible cases.

4. Return Process

For damaged products, we may arrange pickup or request disposal. Do not consume damaged products. Retain packaging for investigation. Return shipping costs are borne by Cocoscape for eligible cases.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact connect@cocoscape.shop with Order ID for cancellation. Full refund issued for cancellations within 2-hour window. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not offered due to consumable nature of products. Eligible cases will receive refund only, not replacement.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery failures due to: Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes; Government restrictions or lockdowns; Courier strikes or operational shutdowns; Other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at connect@cocoscape.shop. If unresolved, disputes governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
